Under general supervision, this position performs a wide variety of complex and non-repetitive tasks in support of assembly production process and/or test operations. May be assigned in support of developmental, prototype or pre-production activities in product development, or areas where documentation and guidance are limited. And, also performing semi-routine manual warehouse and clerical duties related to the shipment, receipt, storage and movement of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products. Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES other duties as assigned???
1. Performs a wide variety of complex and non-repetitive assembly duties as assigned using standard procedures, tools, materials, machines and equipment.
2. Works from schematics, blueprints, work Instructions and/or verbal instructions to construct and assemble a wide variety of developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and component parts.
3. Receives, unloads and unpacks shipments.
4. Maintains necessary files and documentation.
5. Picks orders using RF Smart hand-held scanners and packs goods for shipment.
JOB DUTIES
??? Participates in process improvements as needed.
??? Conducts tests as defined in testing procedures supplied by the designing engineer.
??? Prepares documented reports detailing the findings of these activities, including recommendations for resolution of issues identified during the test, identifies opportunities for improvement of the process.
??? Rotates through all stations of assembly within team.
??? Implements the Quality Policy and Procedures in all aspects of daily duties and responsibilities.
??? Ability to use specialty tools such as, torque wrenches and calipers.
??? Performs testing and setting of cartridge valves using a valve setting test stand.
??? Performs required hydraulic testing on assemblies and documents test results.
??? Checks goods against shipping documents.
??? Responds to will call and provides customer service.
??? Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance as scheduled.
??? Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
??? Displays excellent communication skills required in working with coworkers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics(AX) is a plus.

High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
