Job Description:
As an Assembler/Finisher, your job is to put together the "cores and coils" (the inner parts) and make sure they are built right.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling cores and coils to meet quality standards
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Utilizing hand and power tools in the assembly process
- Forklift operation
- Loading and unloading parts
- Keeping a clean and safe working area
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months
Physical:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel
Skills:
- Understand blueprints and simple technical plans
- Knowledge of measurement devices
- Be comfortable with basic hand and power tools
- Knowledge of basic math
