Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (36 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Mechanical Assembly: Build components by following strict, written step-by-step processes.
Tool Operation: Utilize powered torque drivers and hand tools to install screws, nuts, and various hardware components.
Quality Consistency: Maintain established production rates while ensuring every unit is assembled correctly.
Digital Documentation: Use basic PC skills to log production data and track progress.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, schematics, or exploded-view diagrams.
Precision Measurement: Experience using basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers or rulers) to verify assembly accuracy.
Hand-Eye Coordination: High level of manual dexterity for handling small hardware and components quickly.
Computer process skills
Data Entry Accuracy: Experience using production software (ERP or inventory systems) to log completed units or report defects.
Lean Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with 5S or basic "Lean" principles (keeping a clean, efficient workspace).

Qualifications:
Manual Dexterity: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and a steady hand for handling small, delicate components and hardware.
Mechanical Assembly: Experience using precision power tools (torque drivers) to secure boards into housings or attach heat sinks/connectors.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and follow detailed "work instructions"???these are often visual guides for board orientation and screw patterns.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small defects like misaligned components, cracked solder, or missing hardware.
PC Basics: Ability to use a computer to pull up digital assembly drawings or log serial numbers.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 30 lbs (typically moving bins or finished enclosures).
