In this role, you will be a vital part of the final production process, ensuring that every product meets high standards of quality before it reaches the customer.
Responsibilities:
Your daily activities will involve a mix of technical assembly, quality testing, and collaborative problem-solving. Responsibilities include:
Precision Assembly: Learning and applying specific techniques to build and test various systems.
Efficiency and Agility: Moving between different job tasks quickly and seamlessly to meet production goals.
Inventory Management: Helping the team maintain accurate stock counts to keep production running smoothly.
Digital Integration: Using the Internal Resource Planning (ERP) system to track work and manage data.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with management to identify and solve any assembly or performance issues.
Workspace Stewardship: Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience using tools or soldering irons, is a significant advantage.
