We are hiring assemblers for a dynamic, digital manufacturer in Morrisville. To be considered, you must have experience working as a dedicated, detail-oriented Production Assembler.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Product Finishing: Install screw thread inserts, pins, and other specialized hardware components into precision-machined parts.

- Blueprint Analysis: Review and interpret electronic or written blueprints, technical drawings, process travelers, and notes to determine correct assembly sequences and specifications.
- Manual Machining Operations: Safely operate drills, taps, punches, and deburring equipment to prep holes and finishes for screws, bolts, and rivets.
- Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, scales, and pin gauges) to check individual parts and final assemblies against strict tolerances.
- Tool & Material Selection: Select and set up the appropriate hand tools, fixtures, and hardware required for each unique custom job.
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly environment.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical blueprints and engineering drawings.
Tool Experience: Prior experience deburring metal/plastic parts, drilling, tapping, and installing hardware.
