Responsibilities:
Precision Splicing & Assembly: Cut, strip, twist, crimp, and splice micro-wiring and multi-conductor cables according to strict engineering specifications.
Soldering & Component Integration: Perform precision hand-soldering and tinning of wire leads onto connectors, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and sensor components.
Microscopic Detail Work: Work comfortably under a microscope or magnifying lens to align and join small, delicate components with high accuracy.
Blueprint Reading: Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, wiring schematics, Bills of Materials (BOM), and digital work instructions.
Quality Control & Testing: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of completed wire assemblies. Utilize measuring tools (calipers, tape measures) and basic electrical test equipment (multi-meters) to verify connection integrity.
Equipment Operation: Operate automated and semi-automated production machinery safely, including wire-stripping tools, crimpers, and heat-gun tubing equipment.
Collaboration & Documentation: Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Accurately document production output, track work orders, and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience: 1+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, electronics manufacturing, or wire harness production.
Dexterity: Exceptional manual dexterity and fine motor skills for handling small wires and tools.
Focus: Ability to perform sustained, close-focus tasks (including under a microscope) for extended periods.
Technical Literacy: Proven ability to read and accurately interpret schematics, blueprints, and written work instructions.
