We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join a manufacturing production team in Navasota, TX. In this role, you will construct, assemble, and inspect ergonomic seating and workspace products according to customer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Build, assemble, and inspect ergonomic chairs and office accessories using pneumatic tools, hand tools, and mechanical fixtures.
Interpret production orders, custom build sheets, and specification diagrams to ensure accurate configuration of components (such as bases, cylinders, arms, backs, and upholstery units).
Conduct visual and physical quality checks on completed assemblies to identify defects, misalignments, or cosmetic flaws prior to packaging.
Move components, hardware, and sub-assemblies to and from workstation areas efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S practices); adhere strictly to company safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Work effectively with line leads, upholsterers, and packers to maintain target daily production schedules.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
1+ years of light manufacturing, mechanical production, or assembly experience (furniture or seating manufacturing experience is a plus).
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify material or fitting issues early on the line.
Strong verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working alongside fast-paced production teams.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including screw guns, pneumatic staplers, drills, wrenches, and torque tools.
Ability to read and accurately interpret production orders, specification sheets, and mechanical assembly diagrams.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements for 8???10 hours per shift.
Capability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver components weighing 30 to 50 lbs.
Precision in identifying minor cosmetic defects, alignment errors, and material flaws during production.
