We are seeking hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to build, modify, and inspect complex electromechanical machinery. This is a fast-paced role ideal for proactive team players with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Overtime required.
Responsibilities:
Build and modify precision mechanical/electrical components, sub-assemblies, wiring, cables, and tubing to engineering specs

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment (drills, taps, reamers, files, buffers) to fit and adjust parts.
Read and accurately interpret technical assembly drawings, schematics, and blue prints.
Inspect, test, and calibrate completed machinery to verify compliance with quality specifications, strict tolerances, and operational standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety policies and company protocols.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in a manufacturing, machinery assembly, or production environment.
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
1+ years of direct experience in electromechanical or complex machine assembly preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in using hand/power tools and understanding electrical schematics or mechanical assembly drawings.
High attention to detail with a commitment to producing defect-free work.
Ability to work well within a production team and communicate effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including mandatory overtime and occasional weekends based on workload.
