As a Service Technician, you will be the face of Tredway Pools Plus in the field, responsible for the high-level maintenance, repair, and seasonal care of inground pools, above-ground pools, and spas. You will travel to job sites within our 35-mile service radius to diagnose equipment issues, manage water chemistry, and provide elite-level care to our clients' backyard investments.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, seasonal openings, and winterizations for pools and spas.
Diagnose, repair, and replace mechanical equipment including pumps, filters, and heaters.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex water chemistry and filtration issues.
Interact with customers daily to provide updates on equipment status and offer professional solutions.
Drive a company vehicle safely to various job sites throughout the day.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Technical Aptitude: Experience in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical repair (specifically in pool/spa equipment or similar home systems).
Customer Service: A friendly, helpful demeanor that aligns with our professional standards.

Reliability: Must possess a valid driver?s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various Indiana weather conditions and lift heavy equipment or materials as needed.

Commitment: Ability to work a consistent Monday ? Friday schedule (7:30 am to 4:00/5:00 pm).
