Job Description:
Spherion is hiring reliable 2nd Shift Assembler / Operators to support our customer's growing electronics manufacturing operation. You will assemble intricate components, operate automated equipment, and work alongside a dedicated team to keep the production lines moving on schedule. If you have strong manual dexterity, an eye for quality, and a great work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Work Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am and have 3 day weekends!
Responsibilities:
- Execute secondary assembly tasks, including but not limited to soldering, crimping, wiring, and mechanical assembly, following strict guidelines and specifications.
- Operate machinery and hand tools proficiently to assemble electronic components and products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on assembled components to verify conformity to quality standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and troubleshoot any assembly issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Education: High School

- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and quality standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using assembly tools, soldering equipment, and reading technical drawings or schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues effectively
- Knowledge of safety procedures and precautions related to handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials
