We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Assemblers/Packers to join our warehouse team in Monterey County. In this role, you will play a key part in the daily operations of a fast-paced environment, assisting with assembling items, packing product for shipment, stacking goods, and moving stock safely throughout the warehouse.

Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality control standards and specifications.
Pack finished items into containers, boxes, or pallets, ensuring proper labeling and protective packaging.
Stack, organize, and relocate products, materials, and inventory throughout the stockroom or warehouse.
Safely operate manual material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) to move stock.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with facility safety regulations.
Perform inventory checks and assist with loading or unloading shipments as needed.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in assembly, packing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
Basic familiarity with warehouse management tools, handheld scanners, or inventory software.
Experience operating standard warehouse equipment like manual or electric pallet jacks.

Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Ability to lift, push, and pull items (typically up to 35?50 lbs) regularly throughout a shift.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and packaging.
Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
