Schedule: FT, M-F, Primary shift 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Shifts may vary)
Salary: $16/hr - $20/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
- Read and follow schematics, blueprints, wiring lists, and assembly/modification instructions.
- Gather all required materials and equipment; check supplies.
- Perform assembly using hand/power tools, ensuring correct fit, parts, and sub-assemblies per specs (includes large/heavy parts).
- Take precision measurements.
- Check tools for proper operation.
- Ensure components and connections meet specifications.
- Perform specialized tasks:
Welding
Operating ATE or Hudson Bay equipment
Advanced and basic electrical testing
Reworking PCB?s
Efficient operation of PNP machines
Soldering
- Review specifications for assembly and special options.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist and support team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Basic hand tool knowledge.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Good understanding of quality control principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime/shift work as needed.

High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (technical school degree preferred).
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Proven assembler experience.
- Relevant certifications (preferred).
- Highly Preferred: Experience with low voltage controls systems, automotive/vehicle wiring, or AC/DC equipment repair/installation.
