Spherion Staffing is accepting applications for a manufacturer in Iowa Park, TX for their packing and assembly departments. Pay depends on shift and department. Please see below for shift schedules:
1st Shift= Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm
2nd Shift= Monday - Thursday 5pm - 3am
Weekend Day Shift= Friday - Sunday 5am - 5pm

Weekend Night Shift= Friday - Sunday 5pm - 5am
Responsibilities:
ASSEMBLER TASKS: Assembles metal fasteners to the metal roof clamp; responsible for the insertion of rubber blades into the fastener, securing adhesive, and cleaning the piece. Label, weigh, and bag product.
PACKING TASKS: Responsible for quality assurance inspection of product, ensuring all finished parts are clean- report any damages/ defects to the supervisor. Pack roof clamps into boxes, taking counts to ensure proper hardware is in the box, and labeling for shipment.
Working hours: 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
- Fast food experience helpful
- Detail oriented
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Proven longevity at jobs
- Able to work in a fast pace environment to meet quotas
- Physically able to stand, bend, twist for duration of 10 - 12 hour shift.
