Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift (Core hours: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday). Must be open to overtime hours (5:30 AM-3:00 PM, Monday-Friday) and occasional Saturdays (5:00 AM-10:00 AM).

What You'll Do
Working both individually and collaboratively on advanced assembly smart lines, you will assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG products.
Line Assembly: Position parts and subassemblies using templates and precise measurements to construct heavy equipment and stand/ride-on machines.
Blueprint Reading: Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists to gather required tools and materials.
Quality Assurance: Examine connections for a correct fit, fasten components securely, and verify final specifications by measuring completed components.
Problem Solving: Resolve minor assembly variances to meet specifications and notify supervisors when additional resources are required.

What You'll Bring
Education: High school degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
Experience: Previous experience working within a highly technical environment, specifically with light electrical assembly and/or heavy equipment assembly.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of blueprint reading, understanding of torque values, and strong basic mathematical skills.
Teamwork & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to efficiently take direction and coordinate tasks within a fast-paced team environment.
