What You'll Do
- Work directly with team members to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG products.
- Study assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists to prepare for daily production.
- Position and fasten components using hand tools, templates, and small power tools.
- Verify specifications by measuring completed components and performing visual inspections.
- Document all actions by completing production and quality forms.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all plant safety standards.

What You'll Need
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in light electrical assembly or heavy equipment assembly is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and strong basic math skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
