Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble lighting components using small hand tools and power tools
• Follow detailed blueprints and work instructions to ensure every unit is built correctly
• Inspect finished products to maintain high quality and safety standards
• Wire and connect electrical components for specialized lighting systems
• Keep your workspace organized and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity and experience using basic hand tools
• Ability to read and follow written assembly instructions
• Reliable work ethic and a commitment to being a team player
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
