We're hiring energetic, dependable individuals to join a fast-paced production team in Clarksville. This is a hands-on role in a warehouse setting where you'll be part of a fun, hard-working crew that keeps things moving! Pay: $11.50 - $13.50/hour
1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM
3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM
Responsibilities:
Stand at a moving cut/assembly line for most of the shift.
Inspect tiles for visual flaws or damage.Flip, sort, or handle tile sections.
Pack/box finished mosaic or kitchen/shower backsplash tiles into cartonsRepeatedly lift and move product from the floor to a conveyor line.
Performs various tasks to support the efficient operation of a warehouse
Help maintain a steady flow of materials through the production process.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Take on general warehouse duties as needed.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience: A background in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is a plus but not required
Detail-Oriented: If you're the type of person who notices the "little things," you'll thrive here.
Mechanically Inclined: Comfort working around machines or basic equipment.
