The supervisor serves as the key link between shop floor teams and upper management, ensuring efficient workflow from sub-assembly integration through to finished goods ready for testing, inspection, or shipping.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of the final assembly area.
- Plan and assign work tasks, monitor progress, and adjust schedules to meet daily/weekly production goals and delivery deadlines.
- Ensure all final assembly processes comply with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and provide technical guidance for complex assembly issues, tooling problems, or product defects.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, perform hazard assessments, and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.
- Manage inventory of assembly materials, tools, fixtures, and consumables; coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment to avoid production delays.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations, address disciplinary issues, and support skill development through cross-training.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues, introduce process improvements, and support new product launches or model changes.
- Fill in for absent team members or perform assembly work as needed during peak periods or staffing shortages.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with concrete batch plant and material handling equipment assembly operations
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Technical knowledge of final assembly processes (e.g., mechanical fastening, electrical integration, torque specifications, functional testing)
- Proven track record in meeting production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
