Job Description:
As a Lending Support Specialist, your job is to help the "behind-the-scenes" work of making those loans happen. You are the person who makes sure all the paperwork is correct so the bank can safely lend money to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Review Paperwork: Look over loan applications to make sure no information is missing, like phone numbers or signatures.
- Gather Documents: Contact customers or other companies to get important papers, like pay stubs or proof of insurance.
- Data Entry: Type customer information into the bank’s computer system accurately.
- Check the Rules: Follow a checklist to make sure the loan follows the bank's laws and policies.
- Help the Team: Support the "Loan Officers" (the people who talk to customers) by keeping their files organized and ready to go.
Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
