Responsibilities:
??? Cook batches to required temperature as set forth by the job ticket.
??? Follow instructions specified on the job ticket.
??? Double check all pre-weighed ingredients for accuracy.
??? Calculating the proper number of full units for sugars and fruits (calculator provided).
??? Assisting the Packaging Operators (as needed).
??? Provide samples to Quality Assurance for testing and approval.
??? Ensure work area is kept sanitized throughout shift.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 AM
Skills:
- Experience: 1+ years in food manufacturing preferred. Experience utilizing HMI screens,
following Good Manufacturing Practices for a food manufacturing facility.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
??? Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
??? Language: Ability to read, write, and understand English.
??? Detail Oriented: Confirming all pre-weighed ingredients for accuracy.
