Spherion Fargo as several openings for Benefit Service & Account Associates. Our client is looking for preferably an Associates' degree in Accounting or Business and 2 years of experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
Pay: $20/hour
Assignment length: approx. 9 months

-Post payroll contributions for employee???s benefits, include Health coverage, Pension and 401k contributions ??? data entry requiring strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
-Follow processes that determine member eligibility for health plan coverage on a monthly basis ??? detailed data review and analysis
-Support the coordination of subrogation paperwork and payment settlements for accident claims ??? mailing and collect packets and reviewing for completeness
-Post payments from members for premium payments as needed ??? data entry and excellent attention to detail
-Various project work that requires strong skills in data entry, research, and using excel
-Miscellaneous clerical functions such as filing as needed
