Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage complex bids and proposals focused on electronic manufacturing and PCB assembly from initiation to final submission.
Review solicitations to ensure strict compliance with government, Military, Aerospace, and DoD procurement regulations.
Coordinate pricing strategies utilizing Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Time & Materials (T&M) financial models.
Collaborate closely with internal project teams, engineering personnel, and external partners to gather accurate proposal documentation.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Time Management and detail oriented. Ability to work with a team and collaborate and drive ideas.
Qualifications:
Technical insight into advanced electronic manufacturing, PCB components, and contract change management.
Advanced digital literacy, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM software and inventory platforms.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and apply diverse government pricing models.
Excellent time management to successfully balance multiple competing deadlines with flawless accuracy.
