We are looking for a professional, empathetic, and fluent Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our Fort Wayne team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish and English-speaking consumers regarding their medical accounts. Responsibilities:
Customer Advocacy: Take inbound calls from consumers to discuss past-due medical accounts with professionalism and empathy.
Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate complex billing and account information in both English and Spanish.
Negotiation & Resolution: Educate consumers on their account status and negotiate payment plans or settlements that meet both company guidelines and the consumer's financial ability.
Data Accuracy: Accurately document all call activities and update consumer information in our internal management system.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), HIPAA regulations, and other state and federal laws.
Relationship Management: Protect the reputation of our healthcare clients by providing a positive, respectful customer service experience during every interaction.

Qualifications:
Language: Native or professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Experience: Previous experience in call centers, customer service, or medical billing is preferred.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple computer screens and software programs simultaneously.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
