Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Answer inquiries from customers regarding various services and programs. Technical Guidance: Explain processes and procedures for loading and changing material associated with various self-service terminals. Problem Resolution: Perform research to respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely information to meet customer needs. Issue Escalation: Escalated complex customer issues or concerns to next-level support and/or management as appropriate. System Navigation: Remotely access equipment to resolve hardware and software issues, and dispatch field technicians when necessary. Compliance: Maintain strict customer confidentiality while complying with all privacy regulations. Continuous Learning: Learn, retain, and apply information about programs, services, and virtual assistance comprehension.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a customer care or call center setting. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style and a proven ability to work well with others in a team environment. Relationship Management: Solid relationship management skills with both internal and external customers (including management, peers, and colleagues). Performance Drive: A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations, driving tasks to completion, and maintaining a bias for action.

Education: Minimum of a High School diploma/GED (or an Associate???s Degree in lieu of required experience). Language: Full bilingual fluency (written and verbal).Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and solution-oriented approach. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Task Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and maintain strict attention to detail. Judgement: Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
