As the primary bridge between job seekers and businesses, you will manage high-volume pipelines ranging from light industrial to administrative roles. You will leverage your fluency in English and Spanish to source, screen, and onboard top-tier candidates while acting as a strategic partner to our client base.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across multiple sectors.
Bilingual Engagement: Provide seamless communication in both English and Spanish to support a diverse workforce and client demographic.
Pipeline Management: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to maintain a steady flow of qualified talent for high-volume needs.
Compliance & Onboarding: Oversee essential administrative tasks, including background checks, drug screenings, and new-hire paperwork.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships, ensuring all staffing requirements and service expectations are exceeded.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High-Speed Adaptability: The ability to maintain organization and accuracy in a "go-go-go" and "fast-paced" environment.
Multi-Sector Versatility: Experience pivoting between different industries, such as Light Industrial and Professional/Administrative.
Strategic Client Management: Moving beyond basic service to act as a "strategic partner" who can consult with clients on their workforce needs.
People-First Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the "magic touch" for matching personalities to company cultures.
Proactive Networking: A knack for high-volume sourcing and building talent pipelines before a "fire drill" vacancy occurs.

Qualifications:
Bilingual Fluency: Native or professional-level proficiency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 2???5 years specifically in high-volume recruiting.
Full-Cycle Knowledge: Experience managing the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and major job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn).
Compliance Literacy: Understanding of pre-employment requirements, including drug screens and background check protocols.
Assessment Administration: Ability to facilitate and evaluate skills-based testing for candidates.
