Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour.
- Job Type: 30-day temp-to-hire.
- Attendance: We value punctuality; arriving early is considered "on time" for this role.
- Shifts: Most openings are for 2nd and 3rd shift. However, flexibility to work any shift is highly preferred, as initial training takes place on 1st shift.
- 12-Hour Shifts: 1st (7 AM - 7 PM) or 2nd (7 PM - 7 AM).
- 8-Hour Shifts: 1st (7 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd (3 PM - 11:30 PM), or 3rd (11 PM - 7:30 AM).
As a Blender Operator, you are the guardian of product consistency and quality. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of blending equipment, ensuring every recipe is followed to perfection while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot blending machinery to ensure proper mixing of ingredients.
- Adhere to strict production schedules and food safety standards.
- Maintain product quality across a portfolio that includes natural flavors, botanical extracts, and functional nutrition.
- Apply knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations to every task.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Prior experience as a blending operator, machine operator, or a similar role specifically within the food manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and FDA regulations.
- Experience using ERP/MES (Enterprise Resource Planning/Manufacturing Execution Systems) and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- A deep understanding of food safety standards, hygiene, and quality control principles within a manufacturing setting.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2?3 years in a manufacturing environment, ideally in food production. Previous experience as a machine or blending operator is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50?60 lbs. repetitively, climb ladders, stand for long periods, and work in high-temperature environments'.
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
