Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on high-pressure steam boilers and HVAC/R systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using technical schematics and drawings.
Perform mechanical repairs, pipe fitting, and light welding to replace worn components and optimize performance.
Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and implement swift corrective actions to reduce downtime.
Maintain clear, accurate logs of boiler operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Hands-on welding and hydraulics experience.
Prior experience as an industrial mechanic or field service technician.
Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating and maintaining high-pressure industrial boilers.
Strong background in mechanical repairs, pipe fitting, and industrial maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams.
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC/R equipment.
Ability to work a 12-hour day or night shift.
