Responsibilities:
Load and Unload: Safely load, secure, and unload cargo using hand trucks, pallet jacks, lift-gates, or forklifts
Inspect Equipment: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections and report any mechanical problems.
Manage Paperwork: Keep accurate delivery logs, track inventory, and collect customer signatures.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
Customer service attitude working with multiple customers all day long
Prior military experience is great- several customers are on the Joint Base Charleston and use must be able to have clearance for the base.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
A valid standard driver's license with a clean driving record is required
Screening: Must pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug test.
Experience: Prior driving, warehousing, or delivery experienced
