Mon-Friday: 7:00AM - 5:00PM (Standard Friday hours are 7:00AM-12:00PM; however, OT is currently required.)
Hourly Pay Rate: $17-$20
Screening required +physical
Proven Experience: Professional experience in cabinet making or high-end finish carpentry.
Responsibilities:
Blueprint Reading: Ability to translate technical drawings into finished products.
Tool Mastery: Must be proficient and safe with the following:
Tape Measure (Accuracy is a must!)
Pneumatic Nail Gun
Power Drills & Screwdrivers
Power Router & Planer
Electric Sander
Square & Level
Responsible for the precision cutting and assembly of cabinet components.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Hardware Installation: Experience installing soft-close hinges, drawer slides, and decorative pulls.
Finishing Experience: Knowledge of applying stains, sealants, or lacquer (useful if the assembly team is ahead of schedule).
Edge Banding: Proficiency with manual or machine edge banding for frameless cabinet designs.
Shop Maintenance: Ability to change blades, square up a fence, or troubleshoot basic pneumatic tool jams.
Math Fluency: Quick mental math for calculating offsets, reveals, and center points on the fly.

Qualifications:
Precision Measurement & Layout: Absolute mastery of a tape measure, square, and level. Ability to work within tight tolerances (e.g., 1/32").
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings and cut lists without constant supervision.
Power Tool Proficiency: Expert-level safety and operation of pneumatic nail guns, routers, planers, sanders, and drills/drivers.
Assembly Techniques: Proven experience in cabinet joinery (e.g., pocket holes, dadoes, or dowels) and carcass assembly.
Material Knowledge: Understanding how different wood species and sheet goods (MDF, Plywood, Melamine) react to cutting and fastening.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift/maneuver heavy panels and completed units.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
