This is a temp-to-perm position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns for a Waste Management company.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions through data entry in our computerized system.
- Utilize medical terminology when assisting customers in a medical office setting.
- Maintain phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution of their concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Working hours:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a medical office environment, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology to assist customers effectively.

High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficient phone etiquette to create a positive impression during calls.
- Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.
- Must pass a urine drug screen + criminal background check
Getting started:
- Must complete 3 customer service skills tests via online testing
- Complete new hire paperwork
- 15 min video interview with Spherion representative
- Interview with client
