Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries regarding offered programs, services, processes, and self-service terminal procedures. Perform research and access equipment remotely to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Provide accurate information, dispatch field technicians when needed, or escalate complex issues to higher-level support and management. Maintain customer confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations while navigating multiple systems. Learn, retain, and apply detailed program information to deliver solution-oriented virtual assistance.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (eligible for pay premium).Experience with remote equipment access, technical troubleshooting, or dispatching field technicians. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED (or an Associate's Degree). 1???3 years of experience, preferably in a customer care environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to maintain strict attention to detail, exercise sound judgment with confidential data, and drive tasks to completion.
