IMPORTANT: Day shift hours - but this is NOT a typical 8AM- 5PM schedule. You will be scheduled for a standard shift within our operating window of 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM; you will work your assigned shift within those times.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound phone calls from customers to place orders and answer inquiries regarding product details and order status.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and release customer orders by inputting alphabetic and numeric information into a detailed, web-based interface.
Product Knowledge: Provide customers with comprehensive product and service information to enhance their experience.
Upselling: Recommend additional products and services to customers when appropriate.
Problem Solving: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all order information according to standard operating procedures.
Outbound Follow-up: Complete occasional outbound calls when additional information is required to process an order.
Adaptability: Assist with processing emailed orders as needed.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Skills:
Industry Experience: Prior call center experience is strongly desired.
