About the Role We are looking for a superstar Care Coordinator to join the Absolute Total Care team! If you’re great on the phone, love a supportive team vibe, and want to make a real difference in people's lives—especially in behavioral health and wellness—this is for you. This is a 100% remote role for residents of South Carolina, offering a steady schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST at a rate of $20.00 per hour. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity where you can truly grow your career.
What You’ll Be Doing
...
Chatting with 20–35 members a day to help them understand their health plans and keep them on track with their wellness goals.
Working on specialized programs like "Choose Tomorrow" (suicide prevention) and "Halo" (substance misuse) to support members through tough challenges.
Reaching out to providers for every member you assist to ensure everyone is on the same page for the best care possible.
Keeping everything organized by documenting member records and making sure all activities are compliant with state requirements.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve got a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1–2 years of related experience.
You’re a "people person" with great communication skills, strong customer service, and a knack for data.
You’re a pro at time management and thrive in a busy, high-volume environment.
Experience with Medicaid, or a background as a CNA, Patient Care Rep, or front-office staff, is a huge plus!
