Responsibilities:
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, metal, vinyl, and other materials. Interpret and work directly from blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings. Perform essential tasks including framing, cabinetry work, stair layout, and interior finishing. Utilize a wide variety of hand and power tools while ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety. Collaborate efficiently and effectively with other construction professionals to complete projects. Strictly maintain and adhere to all established safety protocols and procedures.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Versatility: Proven adaptability in switching between framing, layout, cabinetry, and interior finishing across diverse project environments (educational, healthcare, industrial, and commercial).
Collaborative Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to seamlessly sync with broader general contracting teams to optimize material use and meet tight project timelines safely.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2???3 years of experience as a Carpenter specifically in commercial or industrial construction.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction methods.
Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in safely using a variety of hand and power tools specific to carpentry.
Physical Demands: Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and manipulate heavy tools and materials.
Quality & Communication: Exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality work, effective communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team.
Logistics: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
