We are seeking a detail-oriented Final Assembly Operator to perform the final assembly of electricity transformers. In this role, you will work across various work centers to anchor core assemblies, attach critical components, and ensure all units meet strict quality and safety standards.

Assembly & Installation: Attach components (leads, bushings, fuses, switches, etc.) to transformer tanks and anchor core/coil assemblies.
Testing & Quality Control: Conduct temperature, fluid, and leak checks; troubleshoot and rework nonconforming parts.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate small power hand tools, vacuum systems, overhead cranes, and hoisting equipment.
Documentation & Pace: Follow written instructions (VOP, BOM lists, production schedules) and maintain target production rates.
Safety & Workplace Culture: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace (5S+), and participate in team problem-solving.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: Relevant manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred (no formal education degree required).
Skills: Ability to perform basic math, read written work instructions, and demonstrate great attention to detail.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, reaching, standing, and walking.
Environment: Comfortable working in a hot, loud manufacturing environment.
