Responsibilities:
Execute all training initiatives for the ADMA BioCenter.
Ensure center personnel complete all required training for their job function in a timely manner and demonstrate competency.
Conduct new-hire orientation and onboarding activities.
Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) or eQMS to track staff progress, assign training, and run reports.
Support the training and development of Training Preceptors and provide feedback on their selection.
Collaborate on the development of training plans and assist with updating training materials.
Maintain a working knowledge of all center functions and remain current on skills by working in production areas.
Ensure strict adherence to all Federal and State regulations, including OSHA and cGMPs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1-2 years of Phlebotomy experience.

Qualifications:
Required Skills
A minimum of one year of experience working in a plasma center, or a clinical setting, which may include training or working as a preceptor.
Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to train and motivate employees at all levels.
Experience planning, organizing, and coordinating resources.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
