Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities to Include:
Order Picking: Efficiently operate a stand-up cherry picker to locate and pull products from elevated racking systems.
Inventory Management: Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and ensure order accuracy.
Safety Compliance: Perform daily equipment inspections and adhere to all OSHA and facility safety protocols, especially when working at heights.
Warehouse Support: Assist with receiving, put-away, and general housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain flow
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Prior Certification: Possession of a current or recent Forklift Certification (specifically for Order Picker/Cherry Picker).
Safety Leadership: A strong track record of safety excellence or experience serving on a warehouse safety committee.
Versatility: Experience operating other equipment such as Reach Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), or Sit-down Forklifts.
Inventory Logic: A basic understanding of cycle counting, SKU organization, and "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) inventory methods.
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to perform basic troubleshooting or battery maintenance on electric industrial equipment.

Qualifications:
Equipment Mastery: Minimum 1?4 years of experience operating a Stand-Up Cherry Picker at heights up to 30 feet.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for the duration of a shift (8?10 hours).
Tech Literacy: Experience using handheld RF scanners for real-time inventory tracking.
Attention to Detail: Proven ability to read pick tickets accurately and identify small differences in SKU/part numbers.
Compliance: Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and equipment "road test."
