Responsibilities:
Perform high-precision hand soldering and rework of both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole components under a microscope.
Utilize specialized test equipment???including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators???to verify board performance and identify faults.
Analyze and diagnose circuit failures down to the component level, identifying issues such as broken traces, cold solder joints, or defective chips.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, test results, and component tracking within the production database to ensure full traceability.
Conduct visual inspections of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) to ensure compliance with IPC standards and internal quality protocols.
Assist in the setup, calibration, and routine maintenance of assembly equipment, including reflow ovens and pick-and-place machines.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
2+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing or repair environment.
Deep understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety protocols and cleanroom procedures.
Familiarity with PCB design software or ERP systems for inventory and production tracking.
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of AC/DC circuits, electronic theory, and the ability to read and interpret complex schematics and blueprints.
Proven experience with fine-pitch soldering, desoldering, and PCBA rework techniques.
Hands-on experience operating standard diagnostic tools (DMM, LCR meters, logic analyzers).
Exceptional hand-eye coordination and the steady hand required for working with miniature components (0402, 0201 packages).
Ability to follow strict technical instructions and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
