Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic team player who is willing to jump in anywhere and do anything!
Industrial Housekeeping: Perform deep cleaning of production areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, and power-washing to manage fiber dust and debris.
Equipment Sanitation: Clean and sanitize specialized manufacturing machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent cross-contamination or mechanical failure.
Waste Management: Sort and manage reclaimed materials and production waste, ensuring cardboard and fiber scraps are diverted back into the production cycle where possible.
Facility Maintenance: Clean and disinfect common areas, including breakrooms, restrooms, and offices, ensuring a healthy environment for the entire team.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA standards and internal safety protocols, especially regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and working around heavy machinery.
Supply Management: Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reorders are necessary.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred, especially in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Safety First: Understanding of chemical safety (SDS) and a commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate a large manufacturing floor.
Attention to Detail: A "keen eye" for spotting dust buildup or hazards in hard-to-reach areas.
Alignment: Passionate about sustainability and the company's mission to reduce landfill waste.
