Responsibilities:
?Precision Cleaning: Execute multi-stage cleaning processes for complex machined parts using ultrasonic cleaners, high-purity IPA, and deionized (DI) water systems.
?UV Light Inspection: Perform critical "Black Light" inspections to identify hydrocarbons, lint, or residues that fail to meet "Precision Clean" standards.
?Contamination Control: Maintain ISO Class [Specify, e.g., 5 or 6] standards by adhering to strict gowning, tool sanitization, and air-flow protocols.
?Handling & Packaging: Carefully handle "A-surface" finish parts to prevent scratching or marring, followed by vacuum sealing or double-bagging for shipment.
?Technical Documentation: Record inspection results and batch cleaning logs to ensure 100% traceability for end-clients.

Local Standards: Familiarity with Silicon Valley manufacturing standards (e.g., SEMI, ISO 13485).
Reliability: As a Temp-to-Perm role, consistent attendance and a "quality-first" mindset are the primary drivers for permanent conversion.
