Work with internal teams to route clients to appropriate team to fulfil general inquires efficiently and
effectively.
Provide tracking information to clients for shipments
Process invoices and credits as needed for supply and support requests
Update client addresses to accurately ship service and supplies
Assist with approving and maintaining clients automatic toner shipment and remote meter reading
accounts
Responsibilities:
Order & Request Processing: Accurately process incoming supply orders, service requests, and networking support tickets via phone and email.
Customer Service & Queue Management: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly to meet or exceed a 90-95% phone queue answer rate; route general inquiries to the appropriate internal teams efficiently.
Dispatching: Appropriately dispatch service requests to Field Service Engineers based on geographic territory and assigned machine populations.
Lead Management: Successfully process and route incoming sales leads for document and networking products and services.
Account Maintenance: Update client addresses for accurate shipping, provide tracking information for shipments, and assist with maintaining automatic toner shipments and remote meter-reading accounts.
Administrative Support: Process invoices and credits for supply/support requests, generate reports for internal and external clients, and update systems accurately.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Education/Experience: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Skills: Excellent PC and computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn, update, and research internal systems.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen to customer needs and clearly relay them to the appropriate groups.
Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail when managing administrative tasks and processing orders.
