Assist in the preparation of First piece inspection, prototypes and PPAP. ? Conduct layouts of parts using appropriate equipment.
Assist with Gage R & R, linearity and stability studies. ? Program and operate FARO / CMM. (Brown & Sharp CMM w/PC Demis software)
Assist Quality Engineers and Quality Manager as needed.
Conduct Gage calibration and repair, maintaining gage calibration software. ? Draft, revise, and implement procedures, work instructions, and forms.
Assist in preparing and distributing forms, procedures and written instructions for QS-9000and Quality Operating System.
Perform other duties as assigned

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working in a manufacturing fabrication environment preferred
Some knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have the ability to execute programs on QA equipment ? Detail orientated

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong organizational, communication and math skills.
Ability to operate and interpret various Inspection equipment.
Perform parts layouts as required Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Computer literate in Windows/Microsoft.
