Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up, program, and operate CNC cutter grinding machines (specifically Walter Power and Saacke TTB).
Quality Control: Perform detailed inspections of finished tools and parts to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve programming errors or mechanical issues affecting machine performance.
Maintenance: Operate and maintain wheel dressing equipment to ensure tool precision.
Collaboration: Work with the engineering team to suggest and implement design improvements for cutting tools.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Strong expertise specifically within the Walter/Tool Studio ecosystem.
Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Previous experience in medical device manufacturing or high-precision tooling.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated background as a Cutter/Grinder Technician in a manufacturing setting.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience programming and running Tool Studio and Numroto software.
Technical Execution: Ability to set up and run Walter Power and Saacke TTB machines independently.
Detail Oriented: Strong focus on precision and the ability to meet exact tolerances.
