Responsibilities:
Safely set up, program, and operate CNC equipment, including CNC lasers, mills, and turret presses.
Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts are produced according to specifications.
Perform first-piece inspections and verify finished parts for accuracy and quality.
Deburr and finish parts as required.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments when necessary.
Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
Perform routine maintenance on shop tools and CNC equipment.
Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Stop production when parts or processes do not meet required quality specifications.
Learn and assist with various functions throughout the Fabrication Department as needed.
Support team members with safe and accurate CNC machine operation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Skills:
Previous CNC machine operation experience.
Experience operating CNC lasers, mills, or turret presses.
3???5 years of CNC operation experience for advanced setup, programming, or troubleshooting responsibilities.
Experience with CNC programming and machine setup.
Familiarity with first-piece inspection procedures.
Experience using precision measuring tools.
Knowledge of fabrication, machining, or metalworking processes.
Experience performing routine machine maintenance.
Ability to train or assist other employees with CNC equipment operation.
Previous experience working with technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

Education:
High School

1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read, understand, and work from technical blueprints and drawings.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.

Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
