As a CNC Machine Operator, you will safely operate CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts while meeting quality and production standards. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or CNC experience, but mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow their skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
- Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Monitor machine operation and report quality or equipment concerns.
- Deburr and finish parts as needed.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous CNC machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for 10-hour shifts.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment around machinery and moderate to high noise levels.
