This position is responsible for setting up machines, checking products, and keeping production items running through machining areas with quantity and quality acceptable to company standards. Additional responsibilities may include non-destructive testing, cell support, mass finishing, injection molding, and polishing.
Available Shift:
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

Responsibilities:
Set up machines, lathes, mills, or machining centers for the production of high-precision products
Monitor product quality and maintain steady production flow through machining areas meeting high-quality standards
Participate actively in ongoing process improvements
Record production metrics through the DPI terminal and accurately maintain count cards
Perform additional work cell responsibilities as needed, including non-destructive testing, cell support, mass finishing, injection molding, or polishing
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
Prior experience with non-destructive testing, mass finishing, injection molding, or polishing
Experience operating in a cell-based manufacturing environment
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of machining experience on CNC lathes and/or mills, OR 4 semesters of verified vocational/high school machine shop training combined with 1 year of CNC experience
Demonstrated ability to perform setups on CNC machines, lathes, mills, or machining centers
Working knowledge and hands-on experience using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, comparators, and indicators)
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team/cellular environment
Physical ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs
