We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with expertise in Nakamura-Tome multi-axis turning centers to join our facility in Dayton, Ohio.

Convenient Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday.

Responsibilities:
Programming: Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Nakamura-Tome turning centers to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing of medical components.
Tooling & Setup: Select and manage the correct tooling, fixtures, and work holding methods to achieve tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.
Optimization & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve programming and setup issues to reduce cycle times, minimize scrap, and enhance quality.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality team to inspect first-run parts and adjust programs to meet stringent quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of programs, setups, and processes for repeatability and regulatory compliance .
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment or a similarly highly regulated industry.
Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with the Quality team.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience creating and optimizing CNC programs for Nakamura-Tome multi-axis turning centers.
Experience with CAM software
In-depth understanding of GD&T .
Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and specifications.
