Spherion Gainesville, FL is seeking a CNC Machinist for a client manufacturing implants and instruments. Introductory level, but the ability to read blueprints is required. Let's get to work!
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: 4x10 hour days/week with Mandatory Overtime.
Choose your shift:

1st Shift 5:30 am - 3:30 pm at $21/hr.
2nd Shift 3:30 pm - 1:30 am at $23.10/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines (minimal assistance).
- Follow written work instructions..
- Adjust offsets for dimensional integrity.
- Inspect your own work (minimal assistance).
- Meet production/quality standards.
- Accurately document results.
- Comply with GMP, SOPs, safety policies, and Quality System standards.
- Report process deviations.
- Support team/sales as needed.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Attention to detail.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Strong math skills.
- Proficient with basic inspection tools (calipers, mics, etc.).
- Some manufacturing experience.
