We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Production Machinist to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading materials into CNC machines, monitoring the cutting and fabrication processes, and meticulously inspecting finished parts to ensure they perfectly match specifications. Responsibilities:
-Machine Operation: Load feed mechanisms by consistently lifting stock up to 50 pounds into position. Lift, position, and secure machined parts on surface plates or worktables using hoists, vises, v-blocks, or angle plates.
-Quality Assurance: Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces according to international standards. Maintain production and quality logs.
-Process Monitoring: Observe drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations. Take measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other approved gauging devices.
-Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Listen for malfunctions, adjust/reprogram controls, and sharpen or replace worn tools. Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer instructions and call for repairs when needed.
-Safety & Communication: Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulations. Notify the Supervisor immediately of any part deviations, spec changes, or safety issues (e.g., slips, falls, or faulty guarding).
-Inventory & Continuity: Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs across work shifts. Check stock inventory to anticipate needs, expedite orders, and verify receipts.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
-Experience: 1-2 years of prior experience operating CNC machines.
-Technical Knowledge: Functional and technical knowledge of gauging equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges.
-Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, and consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
-Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and handle/feel tools.
-Vision: Excellent eyesight, including close, distance, and peripheral vision, with the ability to adjust focus and perform work requiring high concentration.
-Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible hours and on-call hours as required.
