Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills, laser equipment, and turret presses to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production requirements.
Perform first-piece inspections and verify parts meet quality standards.
Monitor production processes and stop production when quality requirements are not being met.
Deburr and finish parts as required.
Perform basic CNC programming and make adjustments as needed.
Set up and run parts on CNC equipment according to production requirements.
Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues.
Perform routine and basic maintenance procedures on CNC machinery.
Learn and perform tasks across various areas of the fabrication department.
Assist other departments and production areas as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
Progress toward operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and programming multiple types of CNC equipment.
Assist with training other employees on CNC machine operation as experience and skill level develop.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Prior CNC operating experience.
Experience operating CNC mills, laser machines, or turret presses.
Experience setting up CNC equipment and running production parts.
Experience with CNC programming across multiple machines.
Advanced troubleshooting experience with CNC equipment.
3???5 years of experience operating CNC equipment.
Experience training or assisting other employees with CNC machine operation.
Knowledge of fabrication and metalworking processes.
Ability to work across multiple areas of a fabrication department.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Basic understanding of CNC machine operation.
Basic understanding of CNC programming.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
Solid math and measurement skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform first-piece and basic quality inspections.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
